Meet Ridge! Ridge is a black female Labrador that lives to hunt and swim. She’s had great success in the hunt test world, going 6 out of 7 to earn her AKC Master Hunter title. She loves shed hunting, waterfowl hunting and the occasional upland hunting day, then during the summer, she loves swimming and hiking,
Ridge is not just a top tier hunting dog though. She has a sweet, balanced temperament and an incredible off switch that truly sets her apart as an easy companion in everyday life. Whether she’s working in the field or relaxing at home, she carries a steady, natural demeanor that makes her a pleasure to be around.
She brings a strong pedigree to our breeding program, with both of her parents being guide dogs out of FC and MH breedings. Ridge’s offspring consistently show her trainability, high intelligence, and loyalty, all traits you want to see in a working dog. We’re excited to see Kopi, our keeper from her late 2025 litter, start hunt test training this spring and see what the rest of Ridge's pups go on to accomplish.
